Vi Business, the enterprise arm of Vodafone Idea, has entered a strategic partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to offer next-generation managed services across India. The collaboration will leverage HPE Aruba Networking solutions to provide cutting-edge managed wireless LAN, switching, and security services tailored for diverse enterprise needs, including campuses, manufacturing units, and corporate offices.
Vi Business will deliver fully managed services supported by its Network Operations Center (NOC), ensuring proactive management and comprehensive support backed by AI and machine learning-powered analytics. This will enhance enterprise networking with intelligent, scalable, and secure solutions. Additionally, the partnership will focus on co-developing private data center solutions to meet growing demands for compute and storage infrastructure from private and public sector enterprises, including government agencies.
Arvind Nevatia, Chief Enterprise Business Officer of Vodafone Idea, emphasized that this alliance strengthens Vi Business’s ICT portfolio and enables seamless digital transformation for enterprises. Phil Mottram, Executive Vice President of HPE Aruba Networking, called the partnership a leap forward in delivering agile and resilient networking solutions for India’s enterprises. A key commercial hub of North Bengal, this collaboration is expected to drive digital infrastructure upgrades for businesses striving for operational efficiency. The availability of advanced managed services will empower local industries and corporate offices to enhance connectivity and security, boosting position as an emerging center for enterprise technology adoption.
