Global Health Limited (Medanta) has announced a 12.6% year-on-year increase in consolidated total income, reaching INR 37,714 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. The healthcare provider reported EBITDA of INR 9,562 million, a 9.4% growth, with margins at 25.4%.
The company’s profit after tax stood at INR 4,813 million, with adjusted PAT of INR 5,186 million after accounting for a one-time expense of INR 499 million related to the merger of its Lucknow entity. The board has recommended a final dividend of INR 0.50 per share.
Medanta added 219 new beds across its facilities in FY2025, increasing capacity by 7.8%. Patient volumes grew significantly, with in-patient count up 11.7% and out-patient count rising 9.5%.
Group CEO Pankaj Sahni highlighted the company’s expansion plans, including a 550-bed facility in Noida set to open in Q2 FY2026 and new greenfield projects in Mumbai, Pitampura, and Guwahati. The company also reported clinical achievements, including performing CAR-T cell therapy at its Lucknow and Gurugram facilities.
For Q4 FY2025, Medanta reported a 14.1% year-on-year revenue growth to INR 9,542 million, with EBITDA margins improving to 26.0% from 24.7% in the same quarter last year.
