IIM Shillong inks five MoUs with international institutes

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Shillong has expanded its international relationships by signing five new Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with prestigious schools in Europe, Africa, and North America. The agreements seek to promote international collaboration in management education, research, and cultural exchange. MoUs have recently been signed with POLIMI Graduate School of Management in Italy, IE Business School in Spain, Westsachsische Hochschule Zwickau – University of Applied Sciences Zwickau in Germany, the University of Johannesburg in South Africa, and Laurentian University in Canada.

These agreements will enable a variety of collaboration activities, such as student and faculty exchange programs, joint research projects, and the creation of dual-degree and immersion programs. IIM Shillong maintains its status as a hub for academic excellence by providing worldwide learning opportunities to students and researchers, giving them a truly international perspective. The MoUs are consistent with IIM Shillong’s continued objective to establish a strong worldwide academic network, ensuring that its students and faculty benefit from world-class research opportunities, cross-cultural contacts, and a diverse learning community.
