Mahindra Truck and Bus Division (MTBD) has officially opened its 87th state-of-the-art dealership in Lakhimpur, Assam, aimed at improving service and convenience for customers. The new facility boasts four service bays and can handle over 10 vehicles per day. In addition to regular services, the dealership provides driver lodging, 24-hour breakdown assistance, and AdBlue, a diesel exhaust fluid designed to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions.
This expansion is a testament to Mahindra’s growing commitment to customer satisfaction. Dr. Venkat Srinivas, Business Head – MTBD, emphasized the importance of the brand’s Mileage Guarantee program for BS6 OBD II trucks, ensuring that customers get “more mileage or return the truck.” With vehicles like the BLAZO X, FURIO, and CRUZIO, MTBD continues to deliver unmatched value to transporters through superior fuel efficiency and advanced telematics.
