Telecom leader Vi showcased its innovative capabilities at the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2024, emphasizing the theme “Future is LIVE.” The event underscored Vi’s commitment to leveraging 5G and IoT technologies to address contemporary challenges and enhance daily life experiences.
Central to Vi’s display is the ‘Ready for Next’ program, aimed at supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by providing free digital advisory services. Since its inception in 2022, this initiative has engaged 160,000 MSMEs across 16 sectors, equipping them with essential digital tools for growth.
Vi also introduced the ‘Clinic in a Bag’ solution, enabling real-time healthcare assessments in remote areas. This technology provides over 30 medical tests for under ₹250, vastly improving access to healthcare in rural regions. In Shillong, Vi’s solutions can significantly bolster connectivity for local businesses and healthcare facilities, addressing the digital divide and facilitating economic growth. As Akshaya Moondra, CEO of Vi, stated, “Our offerings are designed to create a connected, efficient world.”
