Shanaya Kapoor argued with security personnel at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding, netizens says ‘Chill, your debut is yet to come’

Amidst the glitz and glamor of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s star-studded wedding, a video of actor Sanjay Kapoor’s daughter Shanaya Kapoor and Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives fame Maheep Kapoor is going viral. In the video, the star kid can be seen having a heated argument with the security guard at the wedding venue. The argument reportedly happened because the security guard insisted on checking the star kid’s bag, which the aspiring actress did not like.

The video was shared by a TikTok user, who was also present in this time at the wedding. The user claimed that 24-year-old Shanaya had an argument with the guards because they were keen to check her bag. In the video, Shanaya can be seen wearing an ivory kurta set and arguing with the security guard, who is clearly looking angry. The viral video, which has also been shared on Reddit, has attracted many comments. One user on Reddit wrote, “Shanaya Kapoor – 0% film, 100% attitude.” Another comment read, “Didi, you don’t even have a career. You should be grateful that at least these hard-working security personnel are paying some attention to you.” Others called him a “kid” and advised him to “chill” because he had not yet “started” in films.

Shanaya Kapoor was one of the guests who was a part of almost all the pre and post wedding celebrations. From the pre-wedding party in Jamnagar, to the after-party on a luxury cruise in Europe, to the rest of the wedding rituals in July, Shanaya took an active part in all the celebrations.

She is the niece of Bollywood producer Kapoor and actor Anil Kapoor. She is the cousin of Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor. Shanaya was to debut in Bollywood with Karan Johar’s production Bedhadak, starring Lakshya and Gurfateh Pirzada in lead roles. The film was announced for 2022. Nevertheless, there has been no update on it since then.

After several pre-wedding ceremonies, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant tied the knot on July 12. After the wedding, the couple held a blessing ceremony on Saturday and a grand wedding reception on Sunday.
