The use of artificial colors in chicken kebabs, fish and vegetarian food items has banned by The Karnataka government

Recently The Karnataka government has banned the use of artificial colors in chicken kebabs, fish and vegetarian food items. In fact the decision was taken after unsafe levels of artificial colors, namely sunset yellow and carmoisine, were found in some kebab samples. Actually violation of the rules can lead to imprisonment ranging from a minimum of seven years up to a life term. This is actually good thing as use of artificial colors are very harmful for our health.

If you see food is very important for our health and we need to consume it in a good way so that we have a good health. Actually today in India people can buy any food they want from restaurant or other places but they actually need to know what they are buying for good health. Actually the food we buy from outside can contain harmful artificial colors and it is very dangerous for our health. In reality this step taken by The Karnataka government is actually good and people should take it positively to get good health.
