The National Stock Exchange (NSE) proudly unveils the listing of the first five Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) on its Social Stock Exchange (SSE) platform, each organization bearing witness to the profound human stories behind their journey towards social impact. Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement (SVYM), Transform Rural India, Mukti, Ekalavya Foundation, and SGBS Unnati Foundation stand as living testaments to the power of compassion and perseverance.

For SVYM, it’s about empowering youth in rural communities, providing them with opportunities to break the cycle of poverty and build a brighter future. Transform Rural India shares stories of farmers reclaiming their land and livelihoods through sustainable agricultural practices. Mukti’s tale is one of liberation from the shackles of poverty, offering marginalized communities a chance to thrive.

Notable among the attendees was the presence of Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, Hon’ble Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs, Government of India, who commended the NSE’s initiative in fostering impactful finance mechanisms for social welfare.
