Rampur (UP): A special court in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, declared actor and former MP Jaya Prada to be “absconding” after she neglected to show up for hearings in two cases against her.
The lawsuit concerns her BJP candidacy in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections and her alleged breach of the election code of conduct.
